Battery Workbench

Battery Workbench is a VR learning tool to train students in the assembly and dismantling of batteries. It provides users with two workstations: one to practice assembling batteries from individual cells, the other to practice safe maintenance on an EV battery pack. The tool simulates a realistic work environment and helps students use correct equipment, follow safety procedures and diagnose problems.
Battery Workbench was developed in co-operation with SYNTRA Limburg, under a grant from the KIC InnoEnergy, fostered by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
