But who are we looking for?
Good question... See, we could say we're in need of a kick-ass level designer, a clever gameplay developer, or a seasoned shader wizard. All of that would be selling it short. At LuGus, roles within the team grow from a person's skillset and interests, not the other way around. When we expand our team, we're not looking for a missing piece, we just shuffle the whole puzzle around.
So much to do, so little time
So... rather than describing some heaven-sent ideal profile, we'll list some of the fields in which we could use a hand. In no particular order and across various disciplines. Obviously, no one ticks all of these boxes. (That would just be scary.) But do you tick several of them? Cool. Why don't you get in touch?

- Engineering background

- Experience with Unity
- Level/environment design
- C# programming
- Technical art skills
- Anything we didn't even KNOW we needed
A couple of must-haves
Ok, full disclosure: there's a couple of things we *do* require. Nothing too crazy, right?
- Team-oriented mindset
- Time management skills
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience. Or not. (Seriously.)
- Willingness to work at our studio in Hasselt
